Youth Empowerment & Skills Workshops (YES!+) are conducted by the World Alliance for Youth Empowerment (WAYE) to equip students to excel both academically and professionally. WAYE is a youth NGO formed by two IITians, Khurshed Batliwala and Dinesh Ghodke inspired and guided by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, with the objective of all round development and empowerment of the youth. YES!+ courses are a part of curriculum in leading colleges in India and abroad.
